Coaching helps to support children through the difficult transitions of childhood, to adolescence, to adulthood. Coaching is more focused on supporting the present to create a more positive future. Coaching has a focus on more direct, attainable goals, and the tangible steps required to achieve them.

Effective coaching can help children develop personal skills that include:

  • Overcoming difficult life situations, including a parental separation or divorce

  • Creative problem-solving

  • A different approach to new challenges
